We do have a handful of members that still prefer to be contacted via email/mail, etc., but the vast majority have adjusted quickly and find the platform to be a vast improvement to prior operations. We did not have a training session for members, but Easy Board did come in and provide an overview of the platform’s features at one of our board meetings, and we have offered the option of additional training if needed. Kommentare: Our board members have adapted to the platform well. We would also like if in the future, Easy Board might consider adding an electronic voting feature or a way to record votes for a specific action. Being able to order the files in a way that correlates to a meeting agenda would be a great feature. It makes it so the file names have to be very specific for users to determine what they are and where they fit in within a meeting agenda. I do not like that all the files are just jumbled together. I would like to see a function to organize files uploaded into a meeting into sections. It provides easy access to our Board volunteers to those documents. Having a location to store board-wide organizational documents such as bylaws, etc. I like that meetings can have virtual meeting software (Zoom, etc.) links embedded right into the meeting. We love the "magic link" that allows our Board and Committee members to have one-click access to a meeting and all the associated materials. Kommentare: Many of our Board members serve in multiple roles within our organization (other boards, committees, sub-groups, etc.) Easy Board allows us to tag each user with the specific groups that they need to be able to access within a one-stop shop and has eliminated the need for so many different emails out to our Board and Committee members for various meetings.
